Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full.
• To request a return, email support@monarquebeauty.shop with your order number.
• Approved refunds cover the product price and are issued by the original payment method or as agreed, after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
